Grown by Luz Helena Salazar with over 20 years of experience, this Pink Bourbon showcases the unique character of Colombia’s highlands. Carefully harvested, hand-sorted, and fermented for 30 hours underwater, it is gently washed and temperature-controlled dried. A medium roast with notes of key lime, raspberry, and caramel, offering a clean, bright, and layered cup.
